You will need some good advice and support.   Babycoach care starts from pre-conception stage (for those organised people!) She can then explain which Babycoach workshops and services or care packages best suit your needs.   Home/clinic visits are available to have a private consultation to de-brief your last experience or to discuss any other concerns. Also to check blood pressure where that is a concern and check on your nutrition and plans for your pregnancy.   Stressed ? Alone? Prenatal or postnatal depression It is especially important for those of you who have had this  diagnosis before or in your mothers side of the family such as PND, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia or a previous problem birth or baby experience. You may have stressful situations around you now - such as Defence Force families, so talk to Rosemary as early as possible in your pregnancy, she knows how to help you prevent many problems along the way. Group workshops are small to allow for practical sessions and places fill quickly   Individual 'crash course' If time is short and you are due to give birth soon - an individual 'crash' course in birth & babycare or any other workshop, can be specially organised for you. Either in your own home or hospital (if you are waiting for the birth there) or at a location mutually decided upon.   Individual consultations An initial consult prior to the 'Birth & Babycare' workshop is included in the fee. Further consultations are available separately to discuss and problem solve anything, during or after pregnancy - At your home, hospital or by visiting one of the clinic locations.    Contact Us
