'Babycare'    practical sessions  This is available as a workshop on its own (includes as above) ideal to learn some more tips 'n' tricks especially if you had problems with previous babies, or for those who just want to learn about how to care for their baby

'Breastfeeding Success'   Enjoy feeding, be prepared for baby and prevent problems. learn breast massage, how to express and pump, milk storage etc. Much less stressful to learn prior to the birth. It can be difficult to learn all this in hospital, short stays, you are tired and have all those visitors!
